Retrotel Return Policies
End-User Return Policy:
All sales are final. In the event that a customer orders a product erroneously, Retrotel may agree to accept the item returned for a refund/credit minus 15% (possibly more for special order items) for processing and any shipping costs incurred by Retrotel. Retrotel must be made aware of the issue within 14 calendar days of the invoice date and receive product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date for this process to be considered for approval. Customer must obtain an RMA prior to shipping any items to Retrotel. All return shipments must contain all items that were originally shipped included manuals, cables cords etc.

Wholesale transactions are final. Please contact your sales rep with any questions.
“Out of Service” merchandise is likely to be discolored and need cleaning or require refurbishing (i.e. replace buttons, plastic parts, etc.). OOS items are not returnable for these reasons. Return of defective item(s) for refund/credit is dependent on Retrotel’s physical inspection and approval of the merchandise. Retrotel may replace or repair the item(s) rather than issue refund or credit at Retrotel’s sole discretion.
